Closes $4M Deal in Palm Beach Gardens
PALM BEACH GARDENS – October 22, 2010
Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. announced the sale of the front two buildings of a six-building property known as PGA Concourse. The two “Class A” professional multi-tenant buildings (15,583sf) are located directly on PGA Boulevard in close proximity to PGA National. The sale was negotiated and finalized on behalf of the seller by Capital Realty Advisors agent Scott Hinterleiter. In addition to negotiating the sale of the property, Capital Realty Advisors has been retained by the buyer to remain in place as the management company. The property, located at 5600 & 5602 PGA Boulevard, sold for $4,000,000.

The sale was negotiated and finalized on behalf of the seller by Capital Realty Advisors agents Carol Bush and Lindsey Walter. The property, located at 5458 Via Delray, sold for $2,090,000.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - April 29, 2010
Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. announced the sale of a 9,854 sq.ft. retail strip center known as Clocktower Plaza located at 4203-4241 Northlake Boulevard, just west of I-95. The sale was negotiated and finalized on behalf of the seller by Capital Realty Advisors agent Carol Bush. This ‘Value-Add’ property sold for $740,000 and was on the market only 22 days prior to going under contract.
