U.S. Local Business Association's Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
WASHINGTON D.C., July 20, 2008 -- Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. has been selected for the 2008 Best of Palm Beach Gardens Award in the Real Estate Management category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).
The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Palm Beach Gardens - Donna McDonald, President of Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. announced on behalf of the Seller, Alpha One LLC, that she negotiated and finalized the sale of the Gardens Plaza, an 88,150 sq.ft. office building located in north Palm Beach County. The property address is 3300 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. It sold for $25,100,000.
Baton Rouge, LA - Donna McDonald, President of Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. announced on behalf of the Seller, Spring Park Plaza Associates, LTD Partnership, that she brokered and sold Spring Park Plaza on July 19, 2006. It is a 136,604 sq.ft. strip located in Denham Springs, LA - just 15 minutes east of Baton Rouge. The plaza consists of national tenants such as Rite-Aid, Radio Shack, Wells Fargo, and Fantastic Sams. The property sold for $7,100,000 ($51.97/sf).
